  • We start with a Strategy Session. This is where you and I have a heart to heart about the real reasons things aren’t working quite right. The goal is to dig into your business and shine a spotlight on any operational issues.

  • Next, we develop your custom solutions. We put my brain to work and use the information gathered during our strategy session. By the end of this WEEK/DAY/ETC you’ll be presented with an Implementation Plan, complete with operations analysis, custom solutions, and recommendations.

  • Full steam ahead. We meet one more time for a brief on your Implementation Plan. Once approved, we’ll book in your “day”.

  • Your Implementation Day. This is the part where we take action on your Implementation Plan. At the end of the day, your custom solutions should be in place so your back end snafu is as smooth as that latte you order every morning.
